Polaris Warranty – FAQs
As standard on all Polaris vehicles, you will receive two years of warranty completely free. So you can make sure you get the most of your warranty, we have put together a handy guide with the most frequently asked questions.
1. How do I check if my vehicle is still in warranty?
All new Polaris vehicles come with a two-year warranty as standard, starting from the date you purchased the vehicle. This purchase date should be in all the handover documents provided to you from your dealer but if you can’t find this, your local dealer will know the exact date so you can ask them directly.
2. How do I get my vehicle repaired while in warranty?
If you need to get your vehicle repaired under warranty, simply take your vehicle to your local authorised Polaris dealer for a diagnosis and they will be able to determine if your vehicle can be repaired under warranty.
3. Are all parts / replacements valid under warranty?
Only the parts that are deemed to be caused by a manufacturer defect are covered under warranty. If a part is not covered under warranty, you dealer will discuss your options with you.
4. Is my warranty valid at any authorised Polaris dealer?
Yes, for any work required under warranty our team of helpful Polaris dealers will be able to assist you.
5. Is the two year warranty transferrable to another owner if I sell my vehicle?
Yes, the warranty stays with the vehicle if sold within the initial two year period.
